I bought a new book!

Yeayy! I just bought a new book and it has new recipes on small cakes and sweet stuff. There's also a recipe on ice cream! I will learn to make ice cream soon. You know what else thay have? Scones... That's right. Scones. Yeay. When I try them out I will post some pictures up.

I had a small makan2 at my house the other night and my I decided to make red velvet since most of them like this one. I also made chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting. I think I am attached to making these mini cupcakes instead of the normal sized ones. They're much more fun to make and they look really yummy too. Anyway, Enjoy the pics. :)

It didn't rise.

I found a recipe online by Martha Stewart and it sounded really yummy but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. Huhu.. -.- This is actually my first time trying this recipe but let's try again until I get it right. The top tasted kind of like cookies but the center of the cake didn't cook properly. I think it's my oven or the flour that I used. To be tested again...

These are vanilla based cupcakes with a vanila buttery icing. It's kinda sweet so it's good for those who have a sweet tooth. :)

These are mini red velvets and they're super yummy. The frosting on the cake is cream cheese. The size of the cupcakes are perfect for little kids. :)

These are mini chocolate cupcakes with dark chocolate frosting. These are my personal favorite!! It's not too sweet and not too bitter. They look cute too.
