These are chocolate chip base cupcakes with dark choc frosting. The frosting can be made with any based cupcakes that you like. I prefer to have it with a chocolate/vanilla base. :) I've tried these chocolate frosting with peanut butter base and they were really good as well. It really depends with what you like.
