Ice Cream Profiteroles
So today I decided to make this. Hehe.. What have I got to say? Make the cream a little bit sweeter and add much more chocolate sauce on top and I'd say that my friend rubanna would LOVE this. She loves cream and this has a lot of cream in it!! Haha.. Ruz if your reading this, I'd make this for you one day. I am sure you will like this as you always take the cream off lina's cake's ice cream. :p
Banana Millefeuille
So this was a really random thing to make today. We had a small dinner at our house, makan ambuyat and my mum told me to make the desert but I was really tired so I just whipped this up. Open the book and just baked what I felt like baking! hahaha... But this turned out good. I quiet like the balance of the sweetness and the sourness. It's got banana and orange and custard in between the pastry puffs. It's quiet easy to make. I didn't really wanna bake anything along the lines of cupcakes not when I have the chance to experiment with other desert... :) I've also bought a book on desert and let me just say it's the weight and size of a dictionary. I cannot wait to try them out. It's getting late now. *Yawn* Good Night all~
