This is my first Chinese new year cake that I made. This was requested by my auntie for a gift to her friend. I haven't been baking for a while now because I haven't been feeling well. I'd like to apologize to those who have ordered but I have yet to confirm. I had to make these Chinese new year cakes because it was ordered a while ago and I can't really say no to family. I really enjoyed making this cake though. It wasn't too difficult. As you all know, there are many decorations/ chocolates around the supermarkets now because it's Chinese new year and it wasn't too difficult to get all the items I wanted to use for decorations etc. oh and GONG XI FA CAI!!!!
